Northside Holiday villas was established in 1975 and is owned by Jim & Brian Stynes. The villas consist of 15 fully self contained units surrounded by picturesque mountains and the Derwent river, the major river of southern Tasmania.
It is located 2 minutes in walking distance to the Derwent River,and Derwent Entertainment Centre and the Royal Showgrounds. Also, it is easy reach of shops, shopping centres, resturants, tourist attractions and many sporting complexes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

Glenorchy borders the northern edges of Hobart city in Tasmania. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the Hobart city centre and forms part of the Greater Hobart area.
The complex is situated in the northern suburbs, close to the main route into Hobart. From the Spirit of Tasmania, or any northern location, look for the Derwent Entertainment centre (DEC) as you enter Hobart and turn right at Elwick Road then first right into McGough street.
From the airport head towards Glenorchy on the left hand side as you leave the Tasman Bridge and follow Brooker Highway northward. Drive northward on Brooker Highway, drive a few kilometre through the only roundabout and turn left at Elwick road, then first right into McGough street.
