Once the reservation is made, the apartments will get in touch with the customer by phone to agree a time and a place where payment will be made and keys will be given. Therefore, it is crucial that the phone number given when making the reservation is correct.
The customer must give 150 euros or its equivalent in other currency as a deposit. This money will be refunded in the moment the stay finishes and after members of the staff has checked up the apartment is on good conditions.
When somebody books an apartment, a 40% of the total is charged to your credit card in advance. The rest of the money must be paid on the arrival when the keys are delivered. Unless this is done, the booking will be considered cancelled.
Park Rajo isn't obliged to book the housing if this is not occupied within the 48 hours after the checking in day except in the case the customer has notified the reason for the delay. This doesn't mean a reduction in the price

Two adjoining blocks of flats conected through a solarium and a swimming pool. All of them are external view.
Block1:
Type 4/5: All of them with a terrace with sea view. They have kitchen lounge with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, washing machine and Tv.
Type 2/4: They are in the lower part of the block. They have kitchen lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom, washing machine and TV. ( Terrace is not avaliable)
Block 2:
Type A: All of them have got a kitchen lounge with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea ( equivalent to a 2nd floor). TV and shared laundry room.
Type B: Lounge kitchen with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a verand with sea view (No terrace. Equivalent to a 1st floor). They have got TV and a shared laundry room.
Type C: Lounge kitchen with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large window ( no terrace. Equivalent to a basement floor) TV and a shared laundry room

You can fly to Santiago de Compostela at 70 Km from Rajo. If you fly to Vigo you are at 50 Km. There are low-cost flights avaliable in Ryanair to Santiago.
You have a bus service both from Vigo and Santiago to Pontevedra and you can choose also conmuters. Rajo is a 12 Km from Pontevedra so you can arrive by taxi, bus or shift.
